2.7 kW professional INDUCTION PLATE :

THE ADVANTAGES OF INDUCTION :

very short preheating times and shorter cooking time than other methods;

OPERATION :

The electromagnetic field produced by the plate is ACTIVATED upon CONTACT with the POT (which must be of the magnetic metal type) which, by heating up, cooks the food inside.

ENERGY SAVING

As soon as the pan is lifted, the plate turns off... thus limiting energy consumption to pure necessity.

SAFETY :

the temperature of the appliance is much lower than traditional plates, thus reducing the risk of burns and scalds ;
