- structure made of AISI 304 stainless steel sheet , brushed finish, insulated ;
- 1 front hinged door , opening 270°;

- internal compartment with rounded corners (satisfies the H1 hygiene requirement), designed for 2/1 GN trays and submultiples;
- supports with printed guides, 5.5 mm pitch (built with a single sheet of metal for easy cleaning);
- ventilated heating group with motor fan and resistance;
- integrated control panel, equipped with power switch with indicator light, digital thermostat-thermometer , spiral power cable on the back;

- possibility of humidifying the internal compartment using a special tray with water;
