It has a reduced weight compared to classic models but is extremely robust with an oval tubular handle to promote stability .
The light and flexible head allows the spatula effect with special ribs that ensure the seal; neutral anodizing makes the surface uniform and protects it from oxidation; the gentle and regular milling facilitates the rising of the pizza .
The handle-head junction is made up of the overlapping of the two elements ensured by three large in-line rivets which guarantee safety and immovability , furthermore the absence of vibrations transmitted to the handle gives greater comfort of use.
