ENERGY SAVING

As soon as the pan is lifted from the hob, the hotplate turns off.

COOKING :

The induction hob works by creating an electromagnetic field induced in the container in contact (which must be of the METALLIC - MAGNETIC type - i.e. the magnet must be attached) which, by heating up, cooks the food inside.

CLEANING:

The type of plate (glass ceramic) and the lower temperature of the hob make cleaning easier, as food residues do not burn and therefore do not encrust.
