- AISI 304 stainless steel sheet structure ;
- upper frame in stainless steel tube, integrated into the top to allow easy combination of other units;
- heating of the stainless steel surface by means of electric resistors ;
- thermostat adjustable from +30° to +90 °C ;
- curved plexiglass screen;
- upper frame with infrared lamps (600 W., 1 for each Gastro-Norm tray);
- separate power switches for hot plate and lamps, with indicator light;
- rubber support feet.
