worktop and front and side panels in AISI 304 stainless steel ;
stainless steel interior ;
cooking container in AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 15/10, bottom in AISI 316 stainless steel with a thickness of 20/10;
cavity with bottom and walls in AISI 304 stainless steel , bottom thickness 20/10, walls thickness 15/10;
indirect heating with low pressure steam (0.5 bar), generated by stainless steel tubular burners with optimised combustion, with thermocouple safety valve and protected pilot flame;
cavity pressure regulated by a pressure switch which reduces water consumption;
overpressure venting of the cavity through an internal valve;
lights for constant monitoring of the water level in the cavity;
hot and cold water refill taps located on the worktop with a swivel spout for filling and washing the container and cavity;
2 inch chrome plated brass drain cock with heat-insulating handle;
